In order to build a harmonious company atmosphere and enhance the relationship between colleagues, under the leadership and promotion of the Administration Department, our company decided to launch a team building activity "Show your specialty". A total of 5 days (October 18-October 22), each group of 6 people will bring one or two dishes for comparison on Monday and Wednesday. The first place will receive the honorary title of "Best Dish".
At the weekend, everyone reported the names of the dishes they wanted to provide, and prepared the ingredients, ready to show off on Monday and Wednesday. Some said that they had to do their own swords, some were looking for foreign aid; some said that they had to prepare large dishes, some small dishes, and some cold dishes... In this way, in the passionate atmosphere, our food week started like a raging fire.
Monday’s dishes are tomato ball soup, pickled pork shredded pork, steamed pork, salt fried pork, sausage, fried pork with square bamboo shoots, diving rouge radish, hot and sour potato shreds, vinegar cabbage, fried string beans, cold radish shreds, Cold shredded lettuce and cold red potato tip. Among them, the meat of tomato ball soup is tender, the pork with pickled pepper is sour and refreshing, and the steamed meat is soft and waxy... all of them are full of praise.
Wednesday’s dishes include: spicy chicken, spicy duck, quail egg roasted pork, braised beef, garlic pork ribs, twice-cooked pork, rotten knife pork, cold duck gizzards, roasted white, fried lotus roots, fried water spinach, boiled old pumpkin, Dried radish, water tempeh. Most of the dishes in this group are big dishes, and the taste is not disappointing, so that everyone's taste buds enjoy to a new height. Among them, the soft, sweet and sweet boiled pumpkin has been well received by everyone, making people want to eat another bowl even if they are overwhelmed. At the dinner table, Xiao Li said with emotion that the cooking skills of colleagues far surpassed her level. Xiao Zhou said that this event has improved her cooking skills...everyone feels it deeply.
During the team building process, everyone communicated with each other, which not only enhanced the relationship, but also improved the cooking skills. Mr. Yang said that the participating dishes for this team building are all carefully poured out by everyone. Everyone is the first and the best dishes. This team building also fully demonstrated the importance of sharing and cooperation. In the process, it not only strengthened the hands-on ability of colleagues, but also promoted everyone's teamwork ability, and also provided a reference for team building activities under the epidemic.
